The SKF profile rail carriage LLTHC LR is a slim-line model carriage. The LLTHC LR is manufactured according to DIN 645-1 and therefore interchangeable in terms of construction within all DIN-complaint brands. Because of the X-arrangement the LLTHC LR is more self-aligning than most other profile rail carriages. This also contributes in the amount of friction being created between carriage and rail. The integrated lubricant reservoirs constantly re-lubricate the circulating balls to decrease maintenance. The LLTHC LR has an extended length and height in comparison with standard sized carriages. Because of the extended length the LLTHC LR has higher load ratings. The extended height increases the distance between the rail and the application, making it very suitable for some specific applications. You can choose from three different preload and accuracy classes. The LLTHC U is available in sizes between 20 and 45 mm.
